CREDIT CARD PROCESSING INFORMATION

Secure checkout via Wix Payments. We never store your card data. If you choose to save your credit card information it is only saved with Wix Payments. Grass Truth does not store your personal data.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUND POLICY

Orders must be finalized 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, while cancellations made more than 2 days in advance will receive a credit.

Grass Truth securely handles client records in compliance with local public health and business data standards.

DELIVERY POLICY

Place orders at least 2 days in advance. Open Monday through Thursday. Delivery fees calculated automatically by mileage.

GRASS TRUTH CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Full Refund / Reschedule: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled delivery date are 100% fully refundable or eligible for free rescheduling to a future date.

2. Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time are strictly non-refundable.

For orders outside our delivery radius please contact us directly to plan catering for your event. Our food is made fresh so we must ensure the event is within our current capacity and local to our prep kitchen location.
